GDPR Terms
The General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, is a European Union privacy and security law. Though it was drafted and passed by the European Union (EU), it imposes obligations onto organizations anywhere, as long as they target or collect data related to people in the EU. The regulation was put into effect on May 25, 2018. The GDPR will levy harsh fines against those who violate its privacy and security standards, with penalties reaching into the tens of millions of euros.
Ocean Breeze
Ocean Breeze Property Management LLC is a United States-based company, and our primary audience is located in the US state of Florida. However, there exists a chance for an EU citizen to visit the website of Ocean Breeze, at which time data will be collected. That’s how websites work – you visit them to get data, and they take a minuscule amount of data from you.
Clarity
This statement is meant to clarify what and why we take the data we do, and what we do with it. The easy answer is that we make the website work and we reply to your needs. As a company, the only web data we actively keep is data you submit to us. If you visit the website, it’s probably going to give you a cookie. It’s just to make the site function, to keep up with choices you made in viewing our content or submitting any sort of content to the website or email domains associated with it.
Our web host tracks some data, and our software tracks some data, we just don’t keep it or use it for marketing. It may be used to identify popular pages on the website, but it won’t ever be used to identify you unless legally mandated.
Our Policies for GDPR
Please take the time to review all our different data policies, find out information on our company, and if you need to, contact us for even more information. Everything in this statement applies to both Ocean Breeze Property Management LLC and First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals LLC.
