Our fair housing commitment

We follow the federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act, and all local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate in the sale, rental, advertising, financing, or management of housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Every applicant for a rental we manage is evaluated against the same written qualification criteria, which you can download before you apply.

Reasonable accommodations

If you have a disability and need a reasonable accommodation or modification – including an assistance animal – to apply for or use housing we manage, contact our office. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions.
