Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We keep our use of them to a minimum: no advertising cookies, no social media tracking pixels, and nothing sold to anyone.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart so we can count them anonymously | 2 years |
_ga_* | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | This website | Keeps staff signed in to manage the site. Only set if you log in. | Session to 1 year |

Other services on our pages
Property maps load from Google Maps, and our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. These services may read or set their own cookies under Google’s cookie policy. Our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp buttons are plain links. Nothing from those services loads until you click one.
Your choices
Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies, and blocking them will not stop this site from working. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit, install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
